Since the weekend will be held in both French and English, I’ll continue the rest of this page in English. A comfortable understanding of English is therefore important to fully enjoy and participate in the weekend.

Ever since I opened the studio, I’ve wanted to invite Klara.

I don’t know her that well personally, but she has been my teacher several times, and from the very first practice with her, I knew she was an incredible teacher. Truly.

The first time I met her was during a training with Jared McCann. You probably know how much I love Jared… so if Klara loves Jared, then I love Klara. That’s my level of groupie-ness 😅

But jokes aside, there’s something very rare in the way she teaches: so much intelligence, so much nuance, and never any unnecessary performance. Her teaching is challenging without ever feeling overwhelming, deep without becoming complicated. She shares the practice in a way that feels incredibly authentic and embodied.

And that’s exactly the kind of energy I want to share at Yoga Corner.

Programme du week-end BEYONG THE SHAPE

Throughout the weekend, Klara will guide a series of flows and workshops focused on backbends, arm balances, and inversions.

Expect strong and intelligent practices, technical exploration, breath awareness, and a thoughtful approach to movement, all within an immersive weekend designed to deepen and refine your practice.

SATURDAY :

  • An explorative flow designed to awaken the intelligence of the spine through breath, mobility, and progressive backbending. By working with the interplay of prana and apana, we’ll investigate how strength, openness, and energetic direction create space for deeper expression in each posture. This practice invites curiosity over performance, allowing every body to discover its own authentic range and experience of expansion.

  • A deeper technical and experiential study of backbending as both physical practice and energetic inquiry. Through refined alignment, breath awareness, and progressive variations, we’ll explore how individual structure, mobility, and nervous system response shape our experience of extension. Rather than pursuing a single “ideal” shape, this workshop encourages a more nuanced understanding of possibility, resilience, and freedom within the practice.

SUNDAY :

  • A dynamic flow exploring the relationship between grounding and lift, stability and surrender. Using breath, core integration, and mindful transitions, we’ll cultivate the conditions that allow arm balances to emerge with greater clarity and ease. The practice emphasizes embodied awareness and personal exploration, recognizing that each practitioner accesses strength, balance, and confidence in a unique way.

  • An immersive workshop dedicated to understanding inversions beyond the final shape. Through intelligent progressions, breathwork, and energetic awareness, we’ll examine how alignment, focus, and the balance of prana and apana support inversion practice. By directly experiencing the postures rather than forcing outcomes, practitioners can develop a deeper relationship to trust, adaptability, and the expansive possibilities available within their own practice.

ABOUT THIS WEEK-END

This weekend is not about chasing the “perfect” shape or learning advanced poses for the sake of performance. It’s an invitation to explore movement, breath, strength, and awareness in a more intelligent and embodied way.

Through flows and workshops focused on backbends, arm balances, and inversions, Klara will guide us through a practice that is both deeply technical and deeply intuitive. Her way of teaching creates space to better understand how each body moves, breathes, adapts, and experiences the practice differently.

What I personally love in her teaching is that everything has meaning: the sequencing, the breath, the transitions, the way she explains alignment and energetics… nothing feels forced or performative. There is a lot of precision, but also a lot of freedom.

This weekend will be an opportunity to refine your practice, challenge yourself, explore new possibilities, and maybe most importantly, reconnect to a more subtle and personal experience of yoga.

WHO IS KLARA

Klara Puski is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher based in Paris. Originally trained in classical ballet at the Hungarian Dance Academy in Budapest, she worked professionally in dance for many years before discovering Jivamukti Yoga in Munich in 2013 - an experience that profoundly transformed her understanding of movement, presence, and the body as a vehicle for awareness.

In 2014, she completed her teacher training in New York under the guidance of Sharon Gannon and David Life, mentored by Giselle Mari. Since then, she has been teaching internationally through classes, workshops, retreats, immersions, and teacher trainings, while continuing her studies with respected teachers including Dona Holleman, Maty Ezraty, Simon Park, Krista Cahill, Jared McCann, and Santina Giardina-Chard.

With a background deeply rooted in movement education, Klara’s teaching bridges intelligent sequencing, energetic awareness, breathwork, and embodied inquiry. Her approach invites students to move beyond purely external form in order to cultivate a more nuanced relationship with sensation, attention, and inner experience.

For Klara, yoga is not simply a physical discipline, but an ongoing exploration of transformation - one that integrates the physical, emotional, energetic, and philosophical dimensions of practice. Through precise yet intuitive guidance, she encourages students to develop greater sensitivity, self-awareness, and compassion, both on and beyond the mat.

FAQ

  • This intensive is open to both dedicated students and yoga teachers who want to deepen their understanding of practice beyond the external shapes.
